Roch is an honest, innovative, and determined businessman. He likes to take on challenges and he will get you extraordinary results. It is after buying his first property at the age of 19 that Roch fell in love with real estate.
At the age of 18, he co-founded a web design company. Roch has put a lot of energy and efforts in making his company stand out by always trying to find interesting and innovating ways to improve its image and service quality. Now, Roch uses his knowledge and expertise acquired over the years to provide excellent real estate services to clients. Roch is always on the lookout for new and exciting projects.

Marc Giroux – President
Marc is known to be energetic, confident and enthusiastic. In brief, he is always eager to start new projects – especially if it is related to a real estate investment. Upon completion of his Master’s degree, Marc joined PWGSC’s Real Property Branch as a Senior Accommodation Advisor where he has contributed to the management of real property investment, acquisition, and project approvals on behalf of assigned projects in the portfolio of Public Sector client departments. Marc is also keeping his eyes open for the next project!

Mélissa Brunet – Design & Product Coordinator
Mélissa handles all design aspects of our residential properties from preparing a property for sale to creating design concepts for renovation projects. She manages all of the product sourcing and coordinates with contractors and suppliers to successfully complete projects within established timelines. The focus is put on determining the best function for each space and finding the wants and needs of its customers. Mélissa is a positive individual with a flair for design and exceptional attention to detail.
